983 数控滴胶机是用气压在设定时间内把胶液推出。4×3键盘设置各操作方式的时间值。由注滴时间的长短控制注滴量的多少。此滴胶机集气压调节，真空反抽气压调节，滴胶时间、间隔时间、真空开延迟时间、真空关断延迟时间(0-99.99秒范围内任意设定)、四位LED时间值及状态显示等功能于一体，具有全自动、半自动、手动及暂停四种工作模式切换。用途广泛，可注滴胶液包括快干胶、红胶、黄胶、环氧树脂、矽胶、润滑油、螺丝锁紧胶、防焊剂等。产品配件齐全，可根据用户需要，配有大小不同的7种钢管针咀和5种塑胶咀，充分发挥滴胶机功能，适合用户各种需要。此滴胶机也可以作为气动控制工具使用。注：983数控滴胶机要求气源干燥。
With Model 983 numerical control (NC) glue-dripping machine, the glue is pushed out at the preset times under action of air pressure. A 4×3 keypad is provided with this product for setting the time values of each working mode. The user may define the value of dripping duration to control the dripping amount as desired. Integrating the functions of air pressure regulation, vacuum extracting back pressure, glue-dripping duration, dripping intervals, vacuum on delay time, vacuum off delay time (0~99.99 seconds), and LED display of 4-digit time value and status, this product allows switching among fully automatic, semi-automatic, manual and halt working modes. A wide range of application is another feature of this product. It allows dripping of glues like quick-drying glue, red glue, yellow glue, epoxide-resin glue, silica gel, lubricant oil, screw locking glue and soldering flux. A full range of accessories, including 7 sizes of steel pipe pin nozzles and 5 sizes of plastic nozzles, are offered for choice of users, thus enabling maximized glue-dripping functions to cover various needs of users. This product may also serve as a pneumatic control tool. Note: This product requires dry air source. |
