万能输入，可与各类传感器、变送器配合使用，实现对需要补偿的液体和气体（如饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽、一般气体等）流量参数的测量显示、报警控制、瞬时流量变送和累积流量积算；仪表可接收孔板差压输入或涡街流量计、涡轮流量计、电磁流量计等各种流量计的输出信号；有开方、小信号切除和多段折线修正输入等功能；可分屏切换显示补偿前瞬时流量（或频率）、补偿后瞬时流量、温度、压力和累积流量。可为三路两线制变送器提供24VDC电源。通过串行通信口，可在上位计算机中实现全部仪表参数的读写。可通过设置仪表参数实现测量介质热量功能;可扩展实现掉电/故障/限上限等状态的累积时间记录功能。
